WHO WE ARE

SAS Academy was founded in 2015 by David Gill and Ben Uzun, who both had a vision to share their love and enthusiasm of sports to the next generation. The company kicked off by building close links with partnered schools and grassroots clubs by providing team training and after school sessions. As the years progressed, SAS Academy expanded to include PE lessons, Football Development Centres, home education sports, birthday parties, 1:1 & group football sessions.

As co-directors, David and Ben complete a lot of work behind the scenes, but still play an active role in organising and delivering sessions, They pride themselves in being a familiar face to everyone they work with and will always continue to inspire pupils.

All of our coaches have an extensive knowledge of practices within the National Curriculum and the Football Association framework. They have gained many years of experience working within the education, professional football and grassroots sector. Our coaches are professional, reliable and provide great role models to the athletes of the future. They are fully qualified, DBS checked and deliver a variety of sports sessions in a fun, safe and enjoyable way.
