GOALKEEPER DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Since 2018, we have introduced a development centre in the Croydon area for goalkeepers aged under 7’s to under 12’s. The development centre is directed at coaching the fundamental attributes of becoming an elite goalkeeper.

Our goalkeepers will develop their understanding of:

• Handling
• Catching and protecting
• A variety of effective saving techniques
• Distribution
• Positioning
• Footwork

All goalkeepers will have the opportunity to showcase their development in a range of different game related practices.
